Who are the Batavia Area Jaycees??

We are a community service organization for people
between the ages of 21 and 39.

Located in Batavia New York, our chapter has over 40 members
that like to run fun projects that benefit our community and each other.

We are affiliated with the New York State Junior Chamber,
the United States Junior Chamber and Junior Chamber International.

United States Jaycees Mission Statement:

Vision:
To become the organization of choice for young men and women,
providing direction and leadership to our communities and nation.

Mission:
To provide young people the opportunity to develop personal and leadership skills

CREED:
The Jaycee Creed We Believe:
That faith in God gives meaning and purpose to human life;
That the brotherhood of man transcends the sovereignty of nations;
That economic justice can best be won by free men through free enterprise;
That government should be of laws rather than of men;
That earth’s greatest treasure lies in human personality;
And that the service to humanity is the best work of life.
